PropFarming.bot connects to your evaluation and funded accounts and tracks the one number the firm will not show you clearly: how much room is left before the drawdown rule ends the account.
An example account. The last two figures come from what your account has actually done, not from a plan you typed — and they move against you after a bad session. That is the point of them.
They are lost to a good trader in a hurry. The target feels close, size goes up, and a trailing threshold that has been quietly ratcheting all week does the rest. Every screen here is built to keep those two distances in view at the same time.
Apex trails on intraday equity including open profit. BluSky Launch moves only at the session close. Topstep enforces end-of-day against live equity. Getting that basis wrong makes every figure on the card wrong, so each firm's rules are entered and checked separately.
Sorted nearest to breach first. Running six accounts across four firms means six different rule sets and six different thresholds; the summary table puts the worst one at the top where you cannot miss it.
A Telegram message when an account crosses into the last quarter of its drawdown, with hysteresis so it does not chirp every time the figure wobbles across the line.
Some brokers only return the current session's fills and nothing before it. Trades are captured as they happen and stored, so you keep a record the platform itself will not give you back.
Evaluation fees, resets and activations in one column, payouts in the other. The net figure is the one that tells you whether the whole exercise is working.
The firm's own number is always authoritative. Where a figure is an estimate it is labelled one, and where data is stale the card says so rather than showing you an old number as though it were live.
Screens from the running product. Account numbers are blurred; every figure on them is real.
These are the author's own accounts. They are not a performance claim, an average, or a typical result — they are one trader's screens, shown so you can see the software rather than a mock-up of it.
One subscription and two optional additions. Pricing depends on how many accounts and firms you are running, so we go through it on the call rather than guessing at it here.
Live drawdown tracking, headroom alerts, trade history and account economics across every firm you run.
Twenty minutes. No obligation.
How prop firms actually work, what the rules mean in practice, and the approaches that pass an evaluation without wrecking it.
Free while places last — no call needed.
Trade alongside the room during the session. Setups called as they form, with the reasoning, in real time.
Available only alongside a subscription.
We are not selling this off a page at the moment. Book twenty minutes, tell us which firms you run and what has gone wrong so far, and we will tell you honestly whether this helps. If it does not, we will say so.
Calendar not loading? Open it in a new tab.
No. It reads your accounts and shows you where they stand. Every decision — whether to trade, at what size, on which account — stays with you.
Any firm running on Tradovate, plus Topstep through its own API. Firms on other platforms can be tracked with their rules and costs entered by hand, but their balances will not update automatically. The firm list above reflects what is connectable today.
The room is only sold alongside a Prop Farming subscription, so cancelling one ends the other. If you would rather have the room on its own, it is not something this covers.
No. Nothing can. It tells you how much room is left and how fast you are using it, in time to do something about it. Whether you act on that is the part it cannot do for you.
Connections use the broker's own authorisation flow where one exists, so your password is never entered here. Stored credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is read-only in practice — nothing in the product places an order.
Because whether this helps depends on what you are running. Six accounts across four firms is a different problem from one evaluation, and a firm we cannot connect to is a reason not to subscribe at all. Twenty minutes tells both of us which it is, and pricing is settled on the same call.
